COVID Affirmation & Registration Policies
(PLEASE READ COMPLETELY FOR IMPORTANT PRE-EVENT TESTING GUIDANCE):
In addition to the normal policies associated with the Annual Meeting & Expo, we are also requiring each registrant to complete a COVID Affirmation when they check-in for their badge.
The Affirmation stated below will be required prior to your badge being printed onsite:
Affirmation Regarding COVID: The safety of our participants is our number one concern; therefore, in addition to the Waiver and Commitment included as part of your registration, registrants must affirm the statements below to gain admittance to the AMP 2022 Annual Meeting & Expo. If you cannot affirm ALL statements, please see AMP Staff at the Registration Desk.
• I have received a negative result of a COVID-19 test within the previous two (2) days.
***An at home antigen test is acceptable.***
• I will comply with medical best practices and/or the recommendations of the U.S. Centers for Disease Control and Prevention regarding travel, quarantine, and mask-wearing.
• If I experience any symptoms of COVID-19 I will test and will not enter the AMP 2022 Annual Meeting & Expo until I receive a negative COVID-19 test.
***An at home antigen test is acceptable.***

One-Day Passes
Single day passes to the meeting are available for purchase on-site at the registration desk. The cost of a one-day pass is $395.
Local Technologist Expo Hall Pass
Discounted single-day passes to visit the Expo Hall are available at a discounted rate for Technologists working in Phoenix. These passes are available for purchase on-site at the registration desk. The cost of these passes is $59. You must bring a signed letter from your supervisor regarding your position as a technologist in order to claim this special rate.

For those attending the Annual Meeting in-person, consider adding the “ON DEMAND ADD-ON” for $99. This will give you access to all the recorded sessions, so that you can rewatch talks or get the content from the sessions you may have missed. Recordings will be available in January 2023 for 3 years!
Can’t make it to Phoenix for the Annual Meeting? You can still get the content by pre-purchasing the session recordings (On-Demand Only). This offer is new this year and will give you the peace of mind knowing that you’ll still be up-to-date on the latest molecular pathology technologies! The recordings will be posted starting in January 2023 and include access for 3 years as well as CME credits!
We accept the following payment types: credit card, check and wire transfer. The Online Registration System allows credit card payments only. If you would like to pay by check or wire transfer, you must complete and submit the PDF Registration Form. An invoice will be created and a receipt will be sent to you for your records. Note: registration is not confirmed until full payment has been received.

Cancellations: Cancellations received by written notification to amp@amp.org. through October 1 will receive a refund (less a $100 processing fee). No refunds after October 1.
Social Media Policy: We encourage the use of social media for professional networking purposes before, during, and after AMP 2022. Attendees are also invited to share insights from presentations provided that they are respectful of the presenter’s wishes: if slides or posters indicate that photos are not permitted, attendees must refrain from taking pictures and sharing on social media. Lost/Replacement Name Badges: If you lose your Name badge, you can have a replacement badge printed for $20. Please visit the Registration Desk at the Convention Center for assistance.

The target audience for the AMP 2022 Annual Meeting & Expo is clinical practitioners/physicians, research scientists, medical education professionals, laboratory managers and supervisors, clinical laboratory scientists/medical technologists, students and postdoctoral fellows/residents with an interest in diagnostic, prognostic, and therapeutic approaches in molecular pathology.
Welcome Reception
The Welcome Reception (Thursday, November 3rd) is open to all registered Meeting Attendees at no cost. Guest Tickets will be available for $49/each. The Welcome Reception will be inside the Exhibit Hall.
